ShowPhaze's involvement in HLTH ViVE Nashville encompassed a range of roles, including breakout operators, podcast sound engineers, exhibit floor techs, and forklift operators. Despite the client's preference for spreading work among different vendors, ShowPhaze ensured the event's success. Challenges included ground-supported stages requiring precise coordination between forklift operators and rigging teams.
With around 50 personnel on the exhibit floor during setup and another 20 setting up breakout rooms, the event was a logistical challenge. Building relationships with banquet staff helped reduce the step count and provided additional support when needed. ShowPhaze also managed a specialty booth requiring carpentry and AV integration skills, overcoming delays caused by neighboring booths to ensure timely project completion.
