Oisin (Osh) Williamson
CEO
Originally from Ireland, Osh has been diligently focused on building his career and growing ShowPhaze since studying Digital Media Technology in Dublin. His passion for music and culture has given him deeper insight when delivering complex projects to clients. Whether he’s working on set designs or technical improvements, Osh makes sure to have excellent personnel in place to go above and beyond and deliver satisfying results.
Tiffaney L. Benson
Managing Director
With her many talents, Tiffaney’s design and planning skills in particular have seen her succeed in many event coordination roles such as weddings, corporate events, and widely acclaimed Burning Man projects. She has an eye for detail and imagination that brings any idea to life. She also has cultivated a wide network of talented artists, performers, and carpenters with their own impressive capabilities throughout her career.
Socorra Reyes
Payroll/HR Specialist
With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Socorra Reyes is a seasoned professional serving as the Payroll/HR Specialist at ShowPhaze, LLC. Throughout her extensive career, she has honed her skills in key areas including employee retention, safety, onboarding, organizational efficiency, and payroll management. Socorra's dedication to the best practices, from a Personnel standpoint, ensures that both the company and its employees thrive. In addition to her professional pursuits, Socorra finds joy in exploring scenic nature trails, which provide her with inspiration and a balanced perspective in both her personal and professional life.

General Manager
Edward Love's diverse background in music and live production enhances his role as General Manager of ShowPhaze LLC. He has managed major events like the Hard Rock Hotel's grand opening Hollywood, FL and has worked as a touring tech and engineer in 12 countries. His managerial roles at Guitar Center's flagship store in Manhattan have refined his leadership and technical skills.
At ShowPhaze LLC, Edward applies his extensive experience to manage technical operations and lead the development of the ShowPhaze app, driving innovation and excellence in production and staffing.
